Job Description

In this role you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to senior team members.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare documentation, presentations, and reports in both Mandarin and English.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel itineraries.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support the smooth running of office operations and team projects.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Assist with expenses, invoice processing, and basic operations administration.



The Successful Applicant

You will need to be:

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English-written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative, team assistant, or coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a high‑pressure environment
  • Must hold a long‑term UK visa with no work restrictions (e.g. ILR, dependant visa, settled/ pre‑settled status, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
