Job Description

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operation of the business.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparation of agendas, and accurate minute‑taking.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a timely, professional, and confidential manner.
  • Organise and maintain departmental files, records, and documentation to a high standard.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business materials.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and support expense management for team members.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to support project delivery and help ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide general office support, including ordering supplies and liaising with external vendors and service providers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Team Assistant will have:

  • Proven experience working within an Investment Management firm or a Financial Services environment (essential).
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well within a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to problem‑solving.
