This is a part-time interim Payroll Administrator role to support during a payroll transition, taking ownership of three UK payrolls (400 employees) and smaller payrolls across Ireland, France, and the US using ADP software. Reporting to the Head of Financial Control, you'll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, manage pension administration, and act as the main point of contact for payroll queries while working flexibly.
This role is all about keeping the numbers in check and making sure the finances run smoothly. You'll handle everything from bookkeeping to preparing financial reports, helping the business stay organised and on track.
We are building a standalone Treasury function that will support our global business through robust financial control, accurate reporting, and modern treasury operations. This is a hybrid role, where you would be expected onsite a minimum of 3 days a week in Central London.
