Job Description

  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies aligned to client business goals
  • Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships across a portfolio of client accounts
  • Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and performance targets are consistently met
  • Support and guide account managers in day-to-day client servicing and strategic account growth
  • Present strategies, campaign results, and recommendations confidently to senior stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support wider business development activity
  • Mentor and develop account management and marketing team members, driving high performance
  • Contribute to wider agency planning, processes, and strategic direction as part of the leadership team

The Successful Applicant

  • Solid experience within a marketing agency environment
  • Previous experience in a senior client services, account leadership, or management role
  • Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally working with SMEs and owner-led businesses
  • Proven success delivering integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of ROI and business impact
  • Experience managing, motivating, and developing teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including board-level stakeholder engagement
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing and CRM platforms such as HubSpot would be advantageous
