Job Description

The Account Manager will:

Manage and grow key accounts across Benelux & Nordic regions

Develop strong distributor partnerships and drive performance

Identify new business opportunities and expand market share

Build relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders

Support sales planning, forecasting, and budget delivery

Work closely with internal teams across sales, operations, and marketing

Engage in early-stage project/specification sales where relevant

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager should have:

Essential:

  • Experience in field sales / account management
  • Background working with distributors or indirect sales channels
  • Exposure to construction, engineering, or technical products
  • Strong relationship-building and commercial skills
  • Willingness to travel across UK, Benelux & Nordics



Desirable (not essential):

  • Experience in infrastructure or civil engineering sectors
  • Formal sales training or use of CRM systems
  • Experience managing multi-country territories
  • Degree or further education (business or technical)
