Job Description

  • Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis for stakeholders.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely manner.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Respond to financial queries and provide support to management as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • Proven experience in accounting or finance administration within a professional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, including reconciliation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
