Job Description

  • Assist the management team with building the work/office procedures as the practice continues to expand.
  • Directly responsible for working with clients on all stages of the financial reporting and tax process.
  • Manage and develop junior staff.
  • Report directly to the MD.
  • Have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Manager should have:

  • ACA or ACCA qualification
  • Strong technical knowledge in financial reporting and tax compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Previous experience in an UK accountancy practice.
