Job Description

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and update the accounting system regularly.
  • Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable.
  • Respond to supplier queries and build positive relationships with vendors.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable candidate should have:

  • Experience working within an accounts payable or similar finance role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
  • An understanding of financial processes and reconciliations.
  • A proactive attitude and keen attention to detail.
