Job Description

As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Oversee supplier account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies effectively.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve accounts payable processes and controls.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve payment-related queries.
  • Prepare and present accounts payable reports to senior management as needed.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Lead, train, and develop the accounts payable team to achieve departmental goals.
