Job Description

  • Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimisation of the Oracle system.
  • Monitor and reconcile supplier accounts, resolving discrepancies efficiently.
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Provide support during the month-end and year-end processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable Specialist - Oracle Implementation should have:
