Job Description

  • Manage the full accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and handle any discrepancies or queries effectively.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain and update accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoicing issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and ageing analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have:

  • Previous experience in an accounts receivable or similar accounting role.
