Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the secretarial and business support department.
  • Maintain accurate records and organise documentation efficiently.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and external contacts.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required.
  • Handle data entry and ensure information is up-to-date.
  • Support the team with general office tasks and duties.
  • Contribute to improving office processes and workflows.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrator should have:
