They are now looking for an Administrator to join their team in Nottingham on a temp to perm basis.Job DescriptionProvide administrative support for the procurement of facilities, services, and non-stock itemsSource goods and services, raising requisitions and purchase orders in line with business needsManage company service portals (e.g. travel, PPE, stationery) ensuring accuracy and efficiencyOversee company vehicle fleet, including servicing, maintenance, and issue resolutionCoordinate building services such as air conditioning, heating, and water systemsExpedite urgent or overdue purchase orders to avoid operational delaysResolve supplier queries relating to invoicing, faulty goods, or service issuesReview and analyse procurement and operational reports to support decision-makingBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliersSupport supplier performance reviews and identify continuous improvement opportunitiesThe Successful ApplicantA successful Administrator should have:Previous experience in an administrative roleExperience within procurement, purchasing, or facilities management is advantageousStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build effective working relationships across teams and with suppliersGood analytical skills, with the ability to interpret reports and dataProactive approach with a focus on continuous improvementAbility to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional teamStrong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and purchase ordersExperience managing vehicle fleets or supplier relationships is desirableWhat's on OfferAnnual salary of £25000 to £28000, based on experience.Free Parking on site.Temp to perm opportunity.Early finish on a Friday.Temporary position offering flexibility and valuable industry experience.Opportunity to work within the industrial/manufacturing sector in Nottingham.Supportive and professional working environment.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to contribute to a respected organisation in Nottingham.
