Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and guidance.
  • Monitor budgets and forecast financial performance.
  • Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of financial strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner Accountant should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance towards (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and business partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
