Job Description

The Finance Associate duties include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accountant
  • Producing P&L reporting across multiple sites
  • Completing balance sheet reconciliations
  • Preparing and maintaining accruals and prepayments
  • Investigating ariances and providing meaningful commentary
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Assisting with monthly reporting and month-end close
  • Supporting the annual external audit process
  • Contributing to finance process improvements and automation projects
  • Providing financial support to operational stakeholders across the business



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Associate should have:

  • A Finance Graduate, or module attached to Finance
  • Eager to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good Excel knowledge (pivot tables, VLOOKUP desirable)
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
