Job Description

  • Assist in managing the store's day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience.
  • Supervise and motivate the retail team to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Help with stock management, including deliveries, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members as required.
  • Take ownership of resolving customer queries and complaints effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Store Manager should have:
