Job Description

  • Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Review and approve audit work performed by the team, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and audit matters.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor engagement budgets and timelines to ensure efficient delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and audit standards and implement best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Audit Senior Manager should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in audit, preferably within the professional services industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
