Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and finalise audits for a diverse portfolio of clients in the professional services sector.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Identify and resolve audit issues efficiently, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting and auditing standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies.
  • Circa 75% audit/25% accounts & tax split.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Audit Senior should have:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or nearly qualified.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
  • Proven experience in conducting audits within the professional services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
