  • Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programmes for audit teams.
  • Ensure training materials are up-to-date with the latest auditing standards and regulations.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to audit teams on complex engagements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make improvements as necessary.
  • Stay informed of industry developments and implement them into training content.
  • Organise and manage training schedules and resources effectively.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for technical queries within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Audit Technical Training Manager should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and practices within the professional services industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programmes.
