Job Description

  • Assist the Banking team with transactional matters
  • Draft, review, and manage legal documentation
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records and support compliance processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Banking and Finance Paralegal should have:

  • At least 6 months' paralegal experience
  • Previous exposure to banking or finance law preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

What's on Offer

  • Salary: £30,000-£35,000
  • Remote contract with approx. 2 days per week in the London office
