Working closely with and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for producing high-quality branded assets across digital and print channels. From digital advertising and email design to print collateral, merchandise and event materials, you will ensure everything we produce is on-brand, polished and effective.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities of the Brand and Graphic Designer:Brand asset creation: design and deliver branded assets across digital and print channels, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines at all times.Digital design: produce digital advertising creative including static display ads, animated GIFs and HTML email templates optimised for lead generation and member engagement.Print production: translate digital designs for print across a full range of formats including brochures, flyers, reports, pull-up banners, merchandise, stationery and large-format materials - managing artwork to print-ready standard.Email & landing page design: design and build email campaigns and templates in Mailchimp, ensuring mobile-responsive, accessible and on-brand outputs.Presentation design: create and maintain polished, branded PowerPoint and Word templates for use across the business including pitch decks, member presentations and internal documents.Social media & content design: design engaging visual content for social media platforms and digital channels, including infographics, banners and video thumbnails.Photo editing & image management: retouch and edit photography and imagery using Adobe Photoshop; manage the internal asset library.UI/UX design support: use Figma to create wireframes, mockups and design assets to support product and marketing digital initiatives.Collaboration: work closely with the Marketing team and wider business stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.Project & print management: manage multiple concurrent design projects to deadline; liaise with print suppliers and manage end-to-end print production processes.Ad hoc creative support: provide design support for wider marketing campaigns, events and business initiatives as required.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate for the Brand and Graphic Designer:5-7 years' experience: in a graphic design role, ideally in-house within a professional services, financial services or similar regulated environment.Proven multi-channel design experience: a strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across both digital and print design.Print production expertise: demonstrable experience preparing and delivering print-ready artwork across formats including paper, merchandise, pull-up banners and large-format print.Digital advertising design: hands-on experience designing digital ads, animated GIFs and HTML creatives for lead generation and paid campaignsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: with particular strength in Photoshop and other relevant tools (Illustrator, InDesign desirable).Figma proficiency: experience designing UI/UX assets, prototypes and design systems in Figma.Mailchimp experience: ability to design, build and deploy branded email campaigns and templates.Microsoft Office design skills: confident creating and maintaining branded PowerPoint presentations and Word templates to a high standard.A strong eye for detail, typography and layout with a solid understanding of brand identity and how to apply it consistently.Excellent organisational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A collaborative, proactive approach with strong communication skills and the ability to interpret briefs and take creative direction.Genuine interest in AI tools and their application to design workflows is a plus.What's on OfferCompetitiveContactRebecca MooreQuote job refJN-062026-7029668Phone number+44 20 7269 2146Job summaryJob functionMarketing & AgencySubsectorFinancial ServicesSectorFinancial ServicesLocationLondonContract typePermanentConsultant nameRebecca MooreConsultant phone+44 20 7269 2146Job referenceJN-062026-7029668
