You'll work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to analyse current processes, define requirements, and support the delivery of end-to-end system improvements.Key responsibilities include:Defining project scope, requirements, and deliverables for IT change initiativesTranslating business needs into solution designs in collaboration with technical teamsIdentifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectivenessSupporting prioritisation of requirements for development teamsBuilding strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliersProducing As-Is and To-Be process models and supporting requirements validationContributing to testing, documentation, and user support materialsIdentifying and supporting data requirements for integration and managementThe Successful Applicant We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate:Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into clear requirementsExperience in business process modelling (e.g. BPMN)A track record of working in cross-functional environmentsExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsA structured, logical approach to problem-solvingDesirable experience:Background within FMCG or manufacturing sectorsExposure to Operational Technology (OT) projectsWhat's on OfferThis is a hybrid role, with a typical expectation of three days per week on-site in Burton Latimer.
