Job Description



  • Identify and qualify large contract opportunities £250k +


  • Develop long-term pipeline strategy aligned with company growth targets.


  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking.


  • Build relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.





  • Lead end-to-end tender submissions


  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations, technical).


  • Prepare commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and contract structures.


  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and procurement requirements.
