Job Description

As Business Development Manager, you will drive enterprise growth across the UK, focusing on large, complex estate‑level opportunities. This is a full‑cycle, consultative sales role where you will:

  • Identify and develop new opportunities across key target sectors
  • Lead outbound and account‑based sales activity
  • Run discovery sessions to uncover operational, financial and net‑zero drivers
  • Deliver compelling solution demonstrations and ROI‑led presentations
  • Build commercial proposals for multi‑site deployments
  • Manage multiple stakeholders across technical, commercial and executive levels
  • Own deals from first conversation through to close
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management



Sales cycles typically range from single‑site pilots to multi‑year, multi‑property agreements.

The Successful Applicant

You are commercially minded, confident selling complex value propositions, and experienced in driving consultative B2B sales cycles. Ideal experience includes:

  • B2B SaaS or solution‑led sales
  • Managing multi‑stakeholder environments
  • Strong discovery, engagement and value‑articulation skills
  • Ability to travel for client meetings across the UK
  • Experience producing commercial proposals and negotiating contracts
  • Experience in energy, PropTech, FM, HVAC or smart‑buildings is beneficial but not essential - mindset and capability matter most.
