Business Services Solicitor

You'll be joining a small firm in their Business Services department. The work will be varied but will typically span across Property and Corporate/Commercial matters:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate
• Draft and review corporate and commercial contracts.
• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Provide legal support for business restructuring and reorganisation.
• Drafting of leases and licences
• Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients.

This would suit a solicitor with some grounding in transactional work who is looking to work in a regional firm.
