Job Description

  • Lead and manage business transformation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
  • Analyse current operational workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support business and organisational change.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Transformation Lead should have:
