Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage day‑to‑day sourcing and purchasing of key dairy and fats ingredients, ensuring cost‑effective and reliable supply.
  • Build strong supplier relationships to support quality, service and ongoing value improvements.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing and availability to inform buying decisions and reduce risk.
  • Work closely with Production, Technical and NPD teams to ensure ingredients meet operational and product requirements.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate:

  • Brings proven experience in buying dairy ingredients, preferably within an FMCG or food manufacturing environment.
  • Commercially aware with strong analytical skills and an interest in global market trends.
  • Confident in managing suppliers, building strong relationships and ensuring reliable, quality supply.
  • Proactive, curious and collaborative, thriving in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional FMCG environment
