Someone who can walk into a meeting, ask the right questions, uncover the real story and turn it into campaigns that resonate with the audiences that matter.Because let's be honest, "we need a campaign" isn't a brief.You'll own campaigns from concept to delivery, bringing together colleagues, agencies and subject matter experts to make great ideas happen.That means:Developing integrated campaigns across digital, content, social, PR, email, events and moreCreating compelling propositions, messaging and campaign plansWorking with stakeholders across the business to uncover stories worth tellingManaging the PR agency to maximise media opportunitiesBuilding awareness, engagement and qualified enquiriesUsing data and insight to measure success and improve performanceHelping Fusion21 stay visible and discoverable in an increasingly AI-driven search landscapeThe Successful ApplicantYou'll probably be the kind of person who:Has built B2B campaigns from scratch and seen them through to deliveryKnows how to win hearts and minds across a businessCan get content out of even the busiest subject matter expertsUnderstands messaging, positioning and audience engagementUses insight and analytics to make smart decisionsBalances strategic thinking with a roll-your-sleeves-up approachExperience within social housing or the wider public sector would be useful, but it's not essential.What's on OfferSalary between £45,000 and £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.7.9% pension contribution.Annual performance-related bonus of up to 5%.Day off for your birthday.Option to buy and sell annual leave.Learning and development opportunities to gain qualifications like MCIPS.Cost of living review and access to a cash medical plan.Salary Extras platform with additional benefits.If you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
