Job Description

As a Catastrophic Injury NQ your duties will include:

  • Assist on a caseload of catastrophic injury claims under supervision, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Conduct detailed legal research and prepare case strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Draft documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and professional updates on case progress.
  • Collaborate with senior solicitors and other departments to ensure comprehensive case management.
  • Attend court hearings and settlement meetings as required.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough case records on the firm's case management system.
  • Stay up to date with developments in catastrophic injury law.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Catastrophic Injury NQ should have completed a seat in personal injury or clinical negligence work. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
