  • Manage procurement activities for assigned categories, ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure favourable terms and reliable supply chains.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and potential cost savings.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to maintain service levels.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
  • Track and report on key procurement metrics to support decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Category Buyer should have:
