Job Description

The Charities Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;

  • Providing expert legal advice to charities and not-for-profit organisations.
  • Working on Corporate finance deals
  • Assisting clients with corporate governance related matters.
  • Advising on charity registration and restructuring processes.
  • Working closely with other team members
  • Helping on business development
  • management of juniors.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Charities Solicitor should have:

  • A background in Corporate law
  • Likely to be around 5 years PQE upwards
  • An interest to work for charity clients
  • Ties to Leeds
