Job Description

  • Manage and process claims in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and compliant
  • Maintain up-to-date and detailed records within the claims management system
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support the efficient resolution of claims
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to obtain relevant information and respond to queries effectively
  • Monitor claims activity and produce reports to support business insights and decision-making
  • Ensure all processes are carried out in line with company policies and industry regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team as required
  • Identify and contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

The Successful Applicant

A successful Claims Executive Administrator should have:
