An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded global investment management business within its Client Operations function. This role offers exposure to a broad range of client onboarding, transaction processing and investor servicing activities in a collaborative, high-performing environment. The position would suit either a graduate looking to begin a career in asset management operations, or an early-career operations professional seeking to develop within a leading buy-side organisation.The Role - Client Operations AssistantWorking as part of a specialist Client Operations team, responsibilities will include:

  • Processing investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and account-related transactions.
  • Supporting investor onboarding and documentation reviews.
  • Responding to client and investor queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate client and account records.
  • Liaising with third-party providers and internal stakeholders regarding investor transactions.
  • Assisting with process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
  • Ensuring a consistently high standard of client service and operational accuracy.



The Successful Applicant

About YouWe are keen to speak with candidates from one of the following backgrounds for this Client Operations Assistant role:

Option 1 - Graduate Entry Route

  • Degree from a Russell Group university.
  • Minimum 2:1 classification.
  • Relevant internships, placements or work experience gained within investment management, financial services, banking, asset servicing or related environments.
  • Strong academic record and evidence of achievement both inside and outside of education.



Option 2 - Early Career Operations Route

  • Degree educated.
  • Approximately 1-3 years' experience within Transfer Agency, Client Operations, Investor Services, Fund Operations, Investment Operations or Middle Office functions.
  • Experience gained within an investment manager, asset manager, wealth manager, fund manager, platform provider or other buy-side environment would be particularly attractive.
  • Demonstrable progression and strong performance within previous roles.
