They are looking for an experience Clinical Negligence Associate to join their award winning team.Job DescriptionAs a Clinical Negligence Associate your duties will includeLManage a caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution.Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on clinical negligence matters.Conduct thorough case investigations, including reviewing medical records and liaising with medical experts.Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports as required.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients where appropriate.Represent clients in court proceedings and mediation sessions when necessary.Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for clients.The Successful ApplicantA successful Clinical Negligence Associate should have between 3-9 years experience of dealing with clinical negligence matters.
