Job Description

As a Clinical Negligence Associate/Senior Associate your duties will include:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution.
  • Provide clear and accurate legal advice to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Draft and review documentation, including pleadings and witness statements.
  • Engage in settlement negotiations and liaise effectively with opposing parties.
  • Support junior team members by sharing expertise and offering guidance when needed.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on changes in clinical negligence law.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and uphold professional standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the team's success and overall objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Clinical Negligence Associate/Senior Associate should have:

  • Qualified solicitor status with an excellent understanding of legal procedures.
