Job Description

  • Rapidly assess and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead high-impact commercial initiatives to support and accelerate business objectives.
  • Take ownership of key client relationships, strengthening engagement, retention, and value delivery.
  • Partner with operational teams to align commercial strategy with execution and performance outcomes.
  • Evaluate financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and delivering actionable improvement plans.
  • Provide clear, data-led insight to the executive leadership team, supporting informed decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • A proven track record in a senior commercial leadership role within the facilities management or wider business services sector.
  • Strong experience operating within complex, multi-site and high-value contractual environments, with experience of public sector client
  • Demonstrable ability to drive commercial performance, manage risk, and optimise contract value.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and senior stakeholder management skills, including navigating high-profile client relationships.
  • The ability to provide strategic direction while delivering hands-on, operational impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, margins, and financial performance.
  • Immediate availability or short notice, with the ability to quickly assess, mobilise, and deliver impact in an interim assignment.
