Job Description

  • Provide detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to drive financial performance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Identify trends and variances in financial data to support strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support ad hoc financial projects as required by management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Finance Analyst should have:

  • A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the retail industry.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools i.e. Targit or other Power BI reporting tools.
  • An analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate financial insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
