  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to optimise financial outcomes.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Manage and develop the finance team to achieve organisational goals.
  • Support cost control initiatives and drive efficiency improvements across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Finance Controller should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in the FMCG industry or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
