Commercial Finance Manager

As Commercial Finance Manager this role will incorporate the following:

· Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making across the business, partnering closely with Finance and Sales teams.

· Conduct detailed profitability, cost, and variance analysis to highlight performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.

· Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy, alignment with business objectives, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

· Review job costing data, identify variances, and support cost optimisation initiatives with operational teams.

· Develop and maintain advanced, scenario‑based financial models to support investment decisions and long‑term planning.

· Prepare and present clear financial reports and dashboards, offering actionable insights for senior leadership.

· Support the month‑end close process through analytical reviews and variance explanations.

· Define, track, and report key financial KPIs to monitor business performance.

· Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and tools, leveraging best practices and automation.
