Job Description

Sales and acquisitions of commercial properties
Land sales and purchases
Residential property transactions for corporate entities
Granting and acquiring new leases
Lease renewals, variations, and assignments
Property refinancing matters
Auction transactions
Right to Manage matters
Collective Enfranchisement work
You will work closely with clients, referrers, and colleagues, delivering practical and commercially focused advice while helping to maintain and strengthen key relationships.

The Successful Applicant

Be a qualified Solicitor with a law degree and relevant professional qualifications (PGDL/LPC or equivalent).

Have demonstrable experience handling commercial property matters.

Possess excellent communication skills.

Be capable of building strong relationships with clients, referrers, and colleagues.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both solo and as part of a team.

Be proactive, commercially minded, and deliver outstanding client service
