Job Description

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.
  • Assist with tax filings and liaise with external auditors when required.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Company Accountant should have:

  • Professional accounting qualifications or equivalent education in finance or accounting.
  • Experience working within the property industry or a similar sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
