The firm advises on UK Competition & Antitrust matters (CMA, NSIA), Competition Appeal Tribunal and High Court proceedings, as well as EU and cross-border cases

Job Description

We're looking for a Supervising Associate (3-6 PQE) specialising in UK and EU Competition law. You'll work on high-end investigations, merger control, FDI, behavioural advice, compliance, commercial agreements, and competition litigation. You'll play a key role in guiding junior lawyers, engaging with clients, and contributing to business development

  • Lead investigations and complaints, including cartel cases.
  • Advise on compliance programmes.
  • Handle merger control and joint ventures.
  • Provide antitrust and competition advice on commercial agreements.
  • Support competition litigation and advise on abuse of dominance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-6 years' PQE in UK & EU Competition law from a top-tier firm.
  • Experience in investigations, merger control/FDI, and ideally competition litigation.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Commercially minded with ability to engage in business development.
  • Team player with mentorship experience.
