  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and resolutions in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns and improve processes.
  • Provide clear and concise communication with customers via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Monitor and report on complaint trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during complaint resolution.
  • Support the customer service team in delivering exceptional service standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Complaints Advisor should have:
