The organisation promotes an inclusive culture where people are encouraged to bring their full selves to work, with a genuine focus on belonging, wellbeing and professional development.Job DescriptionThe Complaints Paralegal will be:Handling complaint cases coming into the business with a high degree of autonomyInvestigating housing complaints matters from initial review through to resolutionLiaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather evidence and factsDrafting clear, accurate correspondence and concise case summariesAdvising on next steps, risk points and resolution strategiesManaging a busy caseload effectively within agreed timescalesSupporting senior lawyers with documentation and case preparationMaintaining accurate records, files and case management informationHelping ensure complaints are progressed consistently and professionallyContributing to a responsive and customer focused approach across the functionThe Successful ApplicantThe Complaints Paralegal should be:A paralegal or equivalent with proven experience in complaints handling, housing disputes, or civil litigationConfident managing cases with minimal supervisionExperienced in investigating matters end to end and producing well structured written workComfortable dealing with internal stakeholders and external partiesHighly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlinesAble to start immediately or at very short noticeIdeally experienced within a housing, property or regulated complaints environmentWhat's on OfferThis is a strong interim opportunity to join a growing, values led housing organisation making a real impact in communities across England.
