Job Description

  • Assist in monitoring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and support the identification of potential operational risks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to compliance activities.
  • Support the preparation of reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of compliance training programmes.
  • Provide administrative support to the Risk & Compliance department as required.
  • Assist in the review of internal processes to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of compliance within the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Admin should have:

  • Experience in or knowledge of the retail industry or compliance-related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address risks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on regulatory changes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for compliance monitoring and documentation.
