The company is known for its focus on delivering impactful services and maintaining high standards across the organisation.Job DescriptionThe Continuous Improvement Support role will help shape, refine and enhance leadership development programmes across the organisation's Leadership Academy. This role focuses on improving the quality, accessibility and learner experience of existing leadership programmes, ensuring they remain relevant, engaging and aligned with organisational priorities.You will work closely with programme managers, facilitators, quality assurance teams and subject‑matter experts to review feedback, analyse insight and implement practical improvements across face‑to‑face, virtual and on‑demand learning. This is a hands‑on improvement role rather than a delivery or facilitation post.The Continuous Support duties will include:Reviewing and improving leadership programme content across multiple formatsUsing learner and facilitator feedback to drive evidence‑based content improvementsEnhancing user experience and accessibility of learning materials, particularly onlineWorking collaboratively with SMEs, QA teams and programme leads to implement changesMonitoring feedback trends and evaluating the impact of content iterationsActing as a point of contact for leadership learning content and quality queriesKeeping content aligned with organisational values, policy changes and best practiceHorizon‑scanning for new and innovative leadership development approachesThe Successful ApplicantYou'll be a confident, detail‑focused learning professional with a strong improvement mindset. You enjoy making good learning better and are comfortable refining and updating content over time.You should bring:Experience in learning design, curriculum development or content improvementUnderstanding of instructional design and adult learning principlesExperience using feedback, evaluation or data to improve learning qualityStrong written communication and storytelling skillsConfidence working with a wide range of stakeholders, including SMEs and facilitatorsHigh attention to detail and commitment to inclusive, accessible learning designStrong IT skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word and LMS platformsExperience in leadership development, continuous improvement, or complex organisational environments is desirable. Familiarity with immersive or digital learning tools is a bonus but not essential.This role is ideal for someone from Learning & Development, instructional design or quality/improvement who wants to focus on improving learner experience and content quality.
