Job Description

  • Work under the contract manager to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements are met on delivery of large contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for contract preparation and execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of contractual agreements and documentation.
  • Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, and amendments, ensuring timely actions are taken.
  • Respond to internal and external queries related to contracts.
  • Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with vendors and clients.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team as required.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within contract management activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Contracts Administrator should have:
