They are known for delivering a high standard of client service and fostering a collaborative, professional, and supportive team environment.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will provide full administrative and secretarial support to the residential conveyancing team, working closely with experienced fee earners on a busy caseload.Key responsibilities include handling client onboarding processes, including opening new matters on the case management system and completing AML and compliance checks. You will liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to assist in progressing transactions, while managing diaries, arranging appointments, and responding to queries via telephone and email.You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records across case and document management systems, supporting post-completion work, and assisting with file closing procedures.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a residential conveyancing assistant or secretary role, with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process, including both freehold and leasehold transactions.You will have experience supporting administrative tasks throughout the full transaction lifecycle, including client onboarding and AML procedures.
