Job Description

The role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Prepare and review legal documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and reports on title.
  • Conduct thorough property searches and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
  • Handle post-completion tasks, including registration and SDLT submissions.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on legal developments affecting the conveyancing process.

The Successful Applicant

It's likely that you will have at least 2-3 years' experience in Conveyancing and be comfortable running your files from start to finish.
