A leading Corporate Finance business with offices in Birmingham city centre

Job Description

  • Preparation of financial models and forecasts to support corporate finance projects.
  • Conduct financial analysis to assess business performance and opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for financial assessments.
  • Participate in due diligence processes and evaluate potential investments or acquisitions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and industry developments.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide support in business valuations and strategic planning initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

You will have at least 12 months of corporate finance experience, held at a boutique or accounting firm. Ideally you will hold an accounting qualification.

What's on Offer

Uncapped bonus on top of a competitive salary up to £58,000.
